Holy week.

Holy week this year has been memorable..

Tried to abstain throughout the week by avoiding meat... and i succeeded.. cept for mayb 1 recess eehehehehe... but its a start.. Fasted on friday and saturday too.. til i got real hungry and hate simple food..

Lenten vigil was really good and it succeeded in touching the participants.. we had to go through stations in groups and experience spiritual reflections.. Pictures of jesus with whip marks ( mutilating his body ) really helped to hammer into our brains the notion that " every sin we do whips/hurts jesus ". The last station, the last supper was really interesting too. we had the same food jesus and his disciples had @ the last supper ( well.. fairly close ). Lamb, Bitter herb, chapati lol and er... ribena :). After that we had washing of the HANDS ( cud of hand foot mouth disease goin around ) and peace offering... which was really emotional and nice.. so .,. yea.. lenten vigil was great. ..( even though i came home to a hell lot of scolding and an issue-ing of a 2 week grounding... dont ask. )

Went back to Holy cross church today for easter.. it was nice to be back in the church i grew up in and everything looks the same. .which is cool... but i couldn't see anyone familiar so.. yea that kinda sucked. On a more positive note, the food festival in celebration of easter was great. Had a nice bowl of mee siam... fucking hot! but shiok! lolz.

well.. im off to watch the final episode of the apprentice..
